A very close friend toured Michael Jackson's rented mansion with the intention to make a offer on the $38 million dollar home. I asked him to take pictures for me so I could get a better sense of the home in which Michael Jackson would breathe his last breath. I was surprised to see that vestiges of Michael Jackson and his children remain in the house, untouched. Upon seeing Michael Jackson's handwritten affirmations on his bedroom mirror and reading his children's message to him on a chalkboard in the kitchen, I was moved beyond words. I could no longer just write these articles as one who is not emotionally affected by this trial. I am angry. I am disgusted with Conrad Murray and his unmitigated gall to waste tax payers money and cause additional pain and anguish to Michael Jackson's children and family, when he knows that his grossly negligent actions killed The King of Pop: Prince, Paris and Blanket's daddy.

This is it for the Michael Jackson trial. The evidence is no longer being seen by the public on national television or watched live on countless websites, it is locked in the jury room, with the jurors who will decide the fate of Dr. Conrad Murray. It's been a six week trial, wherein the prosecution laid out their case over a five week period. The defense used only one week to present evidence in an attempt to prove the innocence of Dr. Conrad Murray. In total, 49 witnesses took the stand.

The defense, led by attorneys Ed Chernoff and J. Michael Flanagan called 16 witnesses. The attorneys were obviously divided as they tried to rebut the prosecution's overwhelming evidence that Dr. Conrad Murray is guilty of involuntary manslaughter due to gross negligence and the substandard medical care given to Michael Jackson.

It was during the defenses' presentation that Michael's true motivations for embarking on the This Is It tour was revealed. Randy Phillips, the company president and chief executive officer of AEG, who first proposed the concert to Jackson, was called by the defense in an effort to bolster their claim that Michael was ridden with anxiety, and would go to the deadly extreme of giving himself a lethal dose of propofol, in a desperate attempt to sleep before final rehearsals. However, Randy's answers were often in direct contradiction to the defenses' portrayal of Michael. Phillips testified that Michael was excited about restarting his career with the This Is It tour in London and was committed to its unparalleled success.

The tour had the potential to erase Michael's estimated $400 million debt and make him very rich again. At the time of his death, AEG was paying for everything in his life including his rented Los Angeles mansion, his personal chef, his entire staff, as well as, the huge production expenses of This Is It. Phillips testified that Michael would have to reimburse AEG $30 millions dollars for personal living expenses, but this was not a real concern for the contracted parties due to the sold-out status of the tour. In fact, Mr. Phillips had a very intimate conversation with Michael wherein Michael cried. Phillips said, "The primary reason was that he wanted to finally settle down and get a really, really good home for the kids and his family so they weren't in his words living like vagabonds."

To my surprise, the defense's strongest evidence presented was in the form of character witnesses. The former patients of Dr. Murray, all senior citizens, whom he had not cared for in over a decade, attested to his skill as a doctor and his willingness to care for patients who were elderly and/or indigent. The witnesses testified that Dr. Murray was the most attentive and caring doctor they ever had. They told of how Dr. Murray's skill, as a cardiologist, altered the course of their lives in a positive way and in some cases, saved their lives. It was during the character witnesses' testaments to Dr. Murray's humane characteristics and great skill that Murray began to cry. He was touched - it appeared. However, I found it ironic that he was never moved to tears when the naked, dead body of Michael Jackson was displayed on the autopsy gurney. He remained stoic when testimony of Michael's daughter screaming and crying by the side of their dead father's body was given. He was unfazed when Michael's intoxicated, slurring voice was heard detailing his loneliness, his pain as a child and his life-long struggle to fit in. Dr. Murray's tears were sincere but they only seem to fall when the focal point of the story was Conrad Murray.

Throughout the 22 days of the testimony, Dr. Murray appeared somber, vulnerable and despondent as he sat between his two high power attorneys. However, after watching the trial everyday, listening closely to the testimony, reading transcripts, attending court proceedings, speaking to Murray's supporters and most importantly, looking into his eyes from a very close distance, I believe with great certainty that Dr. Murray is an arrogant, self-absorbed, narcissistic man.

The greatest support for my unwavering perception of Conrad Murray's selfish character, were his actions when he entered Michael Jackson's bedroom while speaking on the phone with one of his girlfriends. When Conrad Murray realized that Michael Jackson was dead, he went into "Me First" mode. I have lived through the same type of narcissistic "cover-up" behavior first hand in another high profile case in which I was intimately involved. I am repulsed by Conrad Murray's actions. Similar to the case in which I was involved, Dr. Murray also "pretended" to give CPR to Michael Jackson when the head of security, Alberto Alverez walked into the room. He also put on a charade in the presence of Michael Jackson's assistant when he gave Michael Jackson mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. We now know, from trial testimony, that Michael had already been dead for up to 20 minutes when Alverez and Williams entered the bedroom. We also know, according to Murray's police statement, that he immediately attempted to give Michael CPR when he entered into the room and found him non-responsive. Therefore, his act in front of Alverez and Williams was a disgusting, thought-out sham in an attempt to cover-up his killing of Michael Jackson. What type of man gives CPR and mouth-to-mouth to a knowingly dead victim, just for show: A narcissistic, selfish, sick individual like Conrad Murray.

A long-time friend and supporter of Conrad Murray, who spoke with me outside of the courthouse on more that one occasion, shared a glimpse of the real Conrad Murray with me. He stated, "Conrad is arrogant and nobody can tell him anything. He is my friend but blaming Michael for killing himself is crazy." In light of all that I've seen and heard, I completely believe This Is It Director, Kenny Ortega's testimony detailing his conversation with Murray following a rehearsal in which everyone saw that Micheal was "out of it". Ortega testified, "He (Murray) said I should stop trying to be an amateur doctor and psychologist and be the director and leave Michael's health to him."

As the indisputable evidence showed, Conrad Murray is also a liar. He lied to the pharmacist, he lied to each of his girlfriends, he lied to AEG, he lied to the insurance company, he lied to the paramedics, he lied to the UCLA doctors, he lied to Ms. Katherine Jackson at the hospital, he lied to the police during his two hour recorded statement. But he didn't lie on the witness stand because he exercised his Fifth Amendment constitutional right not to take the stand; how convenient? It would have been suicidal for Conrad Murray to take the stand in his own defense. As brilliant as he thinks he is, he would not be able to withstand the barrage of questions regarding his outright lies. Having listened to every word of testimony and offered commentary for KTLA in Los Angeles and Headline News, I have a very clear understanding as to what really happened on June 25, 2009. Yet, the only question that I have yet to get an answer is "why did Conrad Murray record Michael Jackson in a drug induced state?". What was Conrad Murray's self-serving ulterior motive?

Conrad Murray has lived a reckless life for many years: at least 7 children with 5 women; a trial and eventual acquittal for domestic violence, two child support sentences that almost landed him in jail, dating numerous young girlfriends simultaneously, medical disciplinary measures levied against him; and hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of debt. When the trial began, I had an open mind regarding Dr. Conrad Murray and his guilt or innocence. Now, six weeks later and after listening to 49 witnesses, I know that Conrad Murray is guilty of Involuntary Manslaughter and probably other lesser and more serious charges. Conrad Murray's greed, arrogance and reckless character is the direct cause as to why Michael Jackson is not with us today, but more importantly, why Michael Jackson's children, Prince, Paris and Blanket, no longer have their daddy.

Conrad Murray chose to spend the day before closing arguments at a very public beach with his girlfriend and his 7th child. It's a luxury Michael Jackson nor his children will ever have again. I believe Conrad Murray was trying to garner sympathy from the jury before deliberations. Unfortunately, I've been where the defense is and I know all the tricks. Conrad won't fool anyone. This is it for him and his career as a doctor. It's curtains for Conrad Murray.

“I have to sleep, Dr. Conrad, I have these rehearsals to perform.” That’s what Dr. Conrad Murray told investigators Michael Jackson said to him in the early morning hours of June 25th, 2009. Hours later, Jackson was dead.

In what's been the most anticipated evidence in the trial, the prosecution played the jury Dr. Murray's 2-hour interview with LAPD detectives, recorded 2 days after MJ died.

Murray told detectives he arrived at Jackson’s rented mansion at 12:50 AM on June 25, and headed straight to Michael’s room to wait for him to come home after rehearsals. According to Murray, Jackson arrived at 1:05 am saying he was tired and fatigued. Murray rubbed a cream on Michael’s body to treat his Vitiligo ... then gave Michael a 10 mg Valium pill. Michael couldn’t sleep, so Murray says he then gave him 2 mg of the anti-anxiety drug, Lorazepam.

Jackson complained he still couldn’t fall asleep, so Murray gave him 2 mg of the sedative Midazolam around 2am. MJ remained awake. Dr. Murray said he suggested turning down the music in the room ... and meditation. Murray said Michael “reluctantly" closed his eyes, finally dozing off around 3:15 am, only to reawaken at 4:00 am.

At 4:30 am Murray said Michael said, “I have to sleep, Dr. Conrad, I have to sleep." Murray gave MJ another 2 mg of Lorazepam. Again, according to Dr. Murray, Michael couldn’t sleep. Jackson was still wide awake at 7:30 am, so Dr. Murray administered another 2 mg of Midazolam, yet Michael remained awake and complaining that he was going to have to cancel the “This is It” tour.

Murray said Michael began to beg for his “milk,” the slang for Propofol. Murray agreed to give him 25 mg of the powerful sedative around 10:50 am, slowly infused over 3 to 4 minutes. Murray said Michael finally fell asleep around 11 am.

Dr. Murray said he monitored Michael long enough until he felt comfortable to leave the room, that’s when Murray told the detectives that he went to the bathroom and was gone for about two minutes.

Murray said when he came back, he found Michael not breathing with an accelerated pulse. Murray said he began mouth to mouth on Michael, and then chest compressions with one hand. Murray said he couldn’t take Michael off the bed to a harder surface, so he improvised by placing his left hand under the body. Murray said while he was giving compressions, he called MJ’s assistant on his cell. He said didn’t ask the assistant to call 911 because he was busy giving CPR. Murray also told detectives he didn’t call 9-1-1 himself because he didn’t know the zip code for Michael’s house.

Dr. Murray said he lifted Michael’s legs in the air to get more blood flowing to his heart. Murray told detectives that he then went downstairs to ask Michael’s chef to get security, who called 9-1-1. Murray continued CPR until the paramedics arrived and hooked Jackson up to a pulse oximeter and got him intubated.

Murray told detectives paramedics were talking to UCLA medical center and ready to give up, but he begged them to transfer care to him because Michael was his friend. Murray rode with Michael in the ambulance to UCLA, where Murray said they worked on Michael for about an hour.

After Michael was gone, the ER doctor asked Murray what happened, and he told her that maybe it was a massive pulmonary embolism. Murray told detectives he didn’t sign the death certificate because he didn’t understand the cause of death.

As far as Michael’s use of drugs, Murray told detectives he was surprised at Michael’s knowledge about all the different pills and medications he took. Murray said he first learned that Michael used Propofol when he asked Dr. Murray to help him get the drug. Murray said that Michael gave him the number of another doctor who would be able to provide it to him. In the interview, Murray said he called the other doctor, who said, “Michael loves that drug.”

Murray said he gave Michael Propofol every night for 30 days, except for three when he was trying to “wean him off.” Murray insisted that in the three days before Michael’s death he was trying to wean him off “milk,” giving MJ more Lorazepam and Diazepam to bring down the Propofol. Murray said two nights before MJ’s death, he had given him no Propofol and thought he was “onto something.”

The next night, that wasn’t the case.

Massive Inconsistency In Murray's Story

Dr. Conrad Murray's interview with LAPD detectives reveals a huge inconsistency that could weigh heavily with the jury.

In the tape, Dr. Murray says he left Michael Jackson's room for only 2 minutes to go to the bathroom, and when he came back Michael Jackson was not breathing. Murray says he immediately began performing CPR.

But according to Sade Anding, Murray's Houston girlfriend who was on the phone with Murray, she says she was talking to him for a while when suddenly it appeared Murray dropped the phone and the emergency commenced.

So now there are competing stories -- Either Murray went to the bathroom as he told cops, or he was on the phone -- possibly distracted. If jurors believe Anding and the phone records, they could easily conclude Murray lied to cops.

During of the statements Tuesday, Dr. Conrad Murray's defense team dropped the shocking allegation that Michael Jackson self -administred the lethal dose of Propofol and caused his own death.

" The scientific evidence will show when dr. Murray left the room Michael Jackson self administred a dose of Propofol that was the Lorazepam created a perfect storm in his body that killed him instatly", his defense attorney Ed Chernoff said.
The trial of Dr. Murray, charged in the death of King of Pop, Michael Jackson, continues today in Los Angeles.
The attorney also said that Jackson administred the lethal combination of drugs while Dr. Murray was out of the room.

" On June 25 for 10 hours Michael Jackson was frustated because he could not sleep , frustrated that his doctor refused to give him a drug that he wanted. He did an act without his doctor's knowledge, without his doctor's permission, against his doctor;s orders. He did an act that caused his own death ."

"When Dr. Murray came into the room and touched Michael Jackson there was no CPR, no doctor, no paramedic, no machine that was going to revive Michael Jackson. He died so rapidly, so instantly he didn't even have the time to close his eyes. "

Dr. Murray, Jackson's live phisician at the time of his death in june 2009, is charged with involuntary manslaughter in the King of Pop's death for allegedly giving him a deadly dose of the powerful anesthetic Propofol.

If convicted, Dr Murray could face up to four years behind bars.

King of Pop: Michael Jackson fans remember star at Forest Lawn

The two-year anniversary of Michael Jackson's untimely and shocking passing was observed yesterday by fans around the world. Many of Jackson's siblings were also on Twitter yesterday to discuss their thoughts and feelings. Fans from all over the world made the trip yesterday to pay their respects to Michael Jackson at Forest Lawn -- his final resting place. There is no doubt that since June 25, 2009, that particular day in June has been a difficult day for everyone who knew him, and for those who grew up listening to his music, and who consider themselves to be true fans.

As the Los Angeles Times reports, fans from all over the world made the trip to Forest Lawn yesterday, as they did last year on June 25, 2010 -- the one-year anniversary of the singer's passing. There is no doubt that fans continue to express their support of the singer even now. There are fans that feel very protective over the star, and that are also grateful for all that he did for the world, and the legacy that he has left behind.

In the UK alone the game has sold 319,000 units to date according to GfK Chart-Track. The numbers include sales on Wii, DS and PSP.

Ubisoft’s dance game is now set to get a boost next week with the arrival of a Kinect and PS3 version of the game.

“We’re delighted with the sales success of Michael Jackson The Experience to date,” Ubisoft’s UK marketing director Murray Pannell told MCV. “It’s a hugely fun and well-loved game in the UK. The new video for Michael Jackson's next single off of the Michael album, 'Hollywood Tonight,' debuted today and fans have been eagerly awaiting a chance to see what the new video would be like. In June of this year, it will be two years since the legendary performer passed away, and the fans have done a terrific job of keeping his legacy alive. There will never be anyone quite like Michael Jackson, and that is something that fans all around the world know to be true.

As Billboard reports, the new video for "Hollywood Tonight" was directed by Wayne Isham, and the video features the dancing of dancer Sofia Boutella. There are several "Hollywood" scenes featured in the video, and it truly captures the feeling of the song. The videos thus far for songs off of Michael have involved fans, since Jackson's legacy is almost as much about his family of fans as it is about the library of song and dance that he left behind.

"Say Say Say " este un duet inregistrat de Michael Jackson si ex- membrul formatiei Beatles, Paul Mc Cartney.

Titlul a fost lansat in magazinele de profil in 04.10.1983, imediat dupa succesul de nivel mondial inregistrat de Thriller.
Clipul a fost turnat in ranch-ul Sycamore, in California.5 ani mai tarziu, Michael va cumpara acest ranch si il va boteza Neverland, denumirea tarii imaginare a lui Peter Pan.
Clipul apare in acelasi timp cu discul si constitue trambulina care propulseaza cantecul in Top Biliboard Hot 100, cel mai celebru top american hit-parade. Alaturi de Michael Jacksom si Paul McCartney se remarca prezenta sotiei lui Paul, Lynda McCartney si a surorii lui Michael Jackson, LaToya Jackson.

Povestea incepe cu un vanzator ambulant care trece printr-un orasel din estul americii. Locuitorii se aduna in spatele camionului vanzatorului interpretat de Paul McCartney, care pretinde ca vinde o licoare miraculoasa care da forta si vigoare celor care o consuma, dar mai ales o forta psihica exceptionala. Produsul se numeste Mac Jack, o prescurtatre a numelor lor : Mc=Mac(Cartney) si Jack(son). Produsul trebuie testat si cine l putea sa probeze efectele miraculoase, nimeni altul decat anonimul subtirel din multime , Michael Jackson care se ofera ca voluntar. toti spectatori incep sa cumpere si sa bea miraculoasa potiune , dupa ce Michael vizibil invigorat, propune o confruntare intre el si un munte de muschi, printr-o partide de skanderberg.tinerelul subtirel se instaleaza in fata colosului de 150 de kilograme si il invinge cu mare usurinta. Muzica incepe, toti se cauta prin buzunare dupa bani si cer innebuniti miraculoasa potiune.
"Say , Say, Say" este un cantec de dragoste, in care un om prins in mreje de catre o femeie manipulatoare, ii spune acesteia " Spune, spune, spune ce vrei, dar nu te juca cu dragostea mea" el ii marturiseste sentimentele lui sincere,in timp ce ea ramane indiferenta .
Cantecul se refera la relatia barbat -femeie si vorbeste despre inselarea sentimentelor si manipulare in general, pe fundalul temei generale a sarlatanului care pretinde ca vinde o licoare miraculoasa.
Potiunea se vinde cu mare succes si camionul paraseste oraselul, indreptandu-se catre o alta destinatie, in timp ce banii sunt numarati cu mare satisfactie. In acest moment apare Michael care se alatura lor in camion toti canta si in acelasi timp se obseva ca soferul camionului era nimeni altul decat colosul musculos care participase la concurs cu Michael...Spectatorii inteleg atunci toata tarasenia si lipsa de onestitate: cei trei barbati erau complici si toata strategia lor era destinata inselarii credulilor care sperau sa capete forta cu ajutorul unei solutii miraculoase.
Camionul ajunge la un orfelinat , unde vedem cum de fapt banii servesc unei cauze nobile. Dupa ce ofera jucarii si clipe fericite copiilor din orfelinat, observam cum se schimba pancarta camionului din "Mac Jack- potiunea care invinge tot "in "Mac Jack -spectacol de vodevil". Cu complicitatea Lyndei, intra intr-un hotel unde dau o reprezentatie cu numere de magie si comedie , deghizati in clowni isi purtand haine extravagante.
Publicul este vizibil cucerit, dar curand apare Seriful printre spectatori. Paul McCartney il observa si nu are alta alegere de facut decat sa declanseze un incendiu pentru ca astfel, invaluiti de fum, sa se poata retrage prin culise si sa se urce in camion. Dar asta, nu inante ca Michael sa-i ofere un buchet de flori unei frumoase femei din public ( LaToya ) pe care o observase mai dinainte si se pare ca o placuse chiar foarte mult.

Cand am auzit acest cantec, mi-a placut foarte mult, e ferm, clar si fara drept de ehivoc, asa ca Xcape, piesa rock, desi nu ma preocupa in mod special stilul rock sau hardrock sau heavymetal, m-a cucerit.
Michael avea aceasta abilitate nativa de a folosi mijloace deosebit de complexe in cadrul aceluiasi cantec. Iar versurile, ce sa mai spun, exprima foarte clar ceea ce fiecare dintre noi , a simtit cel putin , o data in viata, dorinta de a scapa din latul tot mai strans impus de sistem, dorinta de a-i fi respectata intimitatea si optiunile de viata , fara a da socoteala cuiva, pentru deciziile sale, si nu ma refer la legislatie aici , ci la acei "prieteni " care se apuca sa emita "judecati de valoare " la adresa noastra. Toti am fost trecuti prin acest "ciur" , macar o data, de catre cunoscutii, rudele sau apropiatii nostri, stim cum e, deci fiecare are o viata de trait si trebuie sa o traiasca asa cum isi alege, fiecare vrea sa decida pentru el pt ca fiecare isi va suporta consecintele deciziilor sale, nu altul ... asa ca ...
Aceasta piesa, este o piesa Manifest, care exprima clar drepturile omului la libertate, la propriile opinii si optiuni de viata, fara a permite cuiva sa-i judece aceste optiuni , in general toti vrem asta , pentru ca fiecare isi traieste viata lui , si stie de ce, la un moment dat a optat pt o varinta sau alta, in concluzie nu are nevoie sa-i spuna altcineva din exterior ce era mai bine pentru el.
Aceasta piesa merita un videoclip de calitate, asa ca imi permit sa spun ca l-am facut , acesta este, imaginile sunt din Threatened, Ghost, This Is Iit-Beat It, This Is It - Thriller, This Is It - Threatened. Am incercat sa urmaresc linia melodica, coregrafia nou obtinuta din imbinarea acestor cadre noi, conducand in final la un rezultat multumitor pentru mine si sper si pentru MICHAEL. Imaginile folosite sunt de inalta calitate, si a rezultat un video HQ, si poate fi urmarit in 480, binenteles ca nu a fost usor sa gasesc astfel de imagini , dar Michael mi le-a aratat, pe unde erau si am refacut versiunea initiala , pe care dupa ce am salvat-o, la vizualizare , imaginile erau atat de proaste incat , m-a bufnit plansul, dar pt ca in general nu renunt usor, am luat-o de la capat si am pornit iar la cautat imagini de calitate superioara, si asa , pana la urma tot l-am facut. Daca m-ar intreba acum cineva, unde am gasit imaginile si cum am asezat cadrele, n-as mai sti sa povestesc, stiam doar ca vreau sa fac acest videoclip, ca mor sa-l fac, si ca il voi face indiferent de cate ori va trebui sa il refac!!!
Aceasta Piesa Mare, merita un video de calitate si Michael m-a ajutat sa-l fac, spun asta pt ca asa e, multe nu stiu exact cum le-am potrivit.. si acum cu cat il privesc mai mult , realizez din ce in ce mai bine, cat de bun a iesit pana la urma acest video, fireste ca se putea si mai bine dar....avand in vedere ca dansul nu este din Xcape, pentru ca nu exista video la Xcape, cred ca se potriveste destul de bine coregrafia cu melodia , cu dinamica piesei si versurile..

Romania, l-a iubit si-l va iubi mereu pe Michael...
Romania l-a iubit de cand era mic, in Jackson 5 si il vedea la televizor, in aceasta formula...
Asa incat, atunci cand Marcel Avram a facut totul, ca Michael sa ajunga si in Romania in Dangerous Tour, Romania, abia trecuse prin revolutie, lovita si traumatizata, asa cum era atunci, la nici 3 ani de la revolutie, ei bine Romania a stiut cum sa faca fata imensei onoare care i-a fost facuta cu aceasta ocazie, si astfel Romania a mai intrat o data in istoria lumii, datorita acestui concert, ales a fi aici filmat, apoi facut DVD si difuzat in intreaga lume ca catre HBO.
Si cum sa nu-l iubeasca Romania pe Michael... cand Romania matura, il stie de cand era copil, iar cea tanara, a intrat pe acelasi fagas, si impreuna cu generatia matura de atunci, s-a intalnit cu el direct, fie in cele doua concerte sustinute la Bucuresti, Dangerous si History., fie, in Orfelinatele si Spitalele vizitate , fie la Palatul Parlamentului, cand i-a cantat si dansat lui Michael, ori cand l-a intampinat sau condus la aeroport...
Romania a fost in contact direct cu Michael, pe mai multe nivele de generatii... copiii, de atunci care aveau, 2-3-5-6 ani , au acum 20-25 de ani.. cei care aveau in 92, 20 ani au acum 38, si tot asa ...
Atunci, cum sa nu-l iubeasca Romania... pe Michael...cand toata Romania, intr-un fel sau altul s-a intalnit cu Michael ?
Iar o intalnire cu Michael , este ceva de neuitat !
El a facut asta posilbil, el a sters toate barierele si mai ales barierele intre generatii...

Stateam si vizionam acest film, care face pe oricine sa simta o lacrima ca sta sa se prelinga in coltul ochiului, pana si la cei care se considera
"tari".... si ma gandeam, cum, chiar si acum , cand acest "OM' a plecat dintre noi, media continua sa improaste cu noroi...si faca bani pe "spinarea lui " inca si acum , nu a fost destul cand traia....
MAI VREA INCA,SI INCA, NU SE MAI SATURA !!!

La noi exista, expresia aceea romaneasca "despre cei plecati, numai de bine....", este o expresie din care toti intelegem, ca un om plecat dintre noi, care nu se mai poate apara singur, pt ca vocea sa a tacut, pt totdeauna, nu mai trebuie judecat si atacat de nimeni, si ca, ORICE ar fi facut sau spus de-a lungul vietii sale, faptul ca a trecut "dincolo", faptul ca el a facut acest "salt", fapt pe care noi nu l-am trait inca, este un mister, inca pentru noi, deci acest fapt, ca a trecut
"IN LUMEA CELOR DREPTI " ( oare de ce avem si aceasta expresie ??? ) IL ABSOLVA DE TOT , DE ABSOLUT TOT ceea ce tine domeniul fizic si pamantesc....

4. Cand gasiti stiri de senzatie , ca sa ma exprim elegant , nu le mai acordati : TIMPUL vostru, ENERGIA Voastra, NERVII vostri, acestea sunt "proprietatea voastra " va apartin deci,in consecinta, decideti cu mintea la rece, ce vreti sa faceti cu aceste "proprietati", poate le folositi in scopul de a face si creea ceva in mod real, in loc sa stati captivi si sa le comentati toate prostiile;

Ascultati cu atentie si cititi traducerea, este cel mai puternic mesaj de PACE pe care MICHAEL ni l-a transmis !!!!!

Ceea ce avem de facut este ;

sa solicitam descarcarea acestui cantec, de la adresele de mai sus, ori de cate ori putem, de cat mai multe ori !!!!, pe zi, pe noapte fiecare cum poate....incepand de acum si pana pe 14 iunie, cand se inchide campania si se calc rezultatele care vor fi afisate in 25 iunie !!!

Aceste link-uri sunt cele pe care le putem accesa pentru a cere downdoad -ul si topul se face in functie de numarul de cereri pe care ei le inregistreaza de la oamenii care vor sa descarce acest cantec, el neregasindu-se inca pe nici un album .....inca...deci unrealise...adica nu ai de unde sa-l descarci altfel....

Daca nu stii inceputul n-ai cum sa intelegi povestea asa ca...sa incepem cu inceputul...
Pe o strada intunecata, o gasca de baieti de cartier "isi dau cu parerea" despre diverse lucruri, fac glume, se iau de fete, si diverse figuri, mai deoparte , un baiat singuratic exerseaza niste figuri de dans, e Michael, ...gasca se incince in disputele ei,"singuraticul" ar vrea sa se alature si el lor, ar fi vrut si el sa aiba prieteni, si crede ca acum ar fi momentul oportun, daca incearca sa-i ajute sa se impace, bagandu-se intre ei cand erau gata sa se incaiere, spera ca-l vor accepta in gasca lor... numai ca socoteala de acasa nu se potriveste...si lucrurile se intorc impotriva lui, toti il imping, si-l gonesc, spunandu-i "ce stii tu, bai, tu nu stii nimic, mai ales despre femei, nu stii nimic !!!, pleaca, hai cara-te de aici !!!"
Si "singuraticul " pleaca abatut....
Un "unches" care vazuse toata faza, il striga, "ia vino putin, stai aici langa mine putin..." si "singuraticul" se aseaza pe trepte alaturi de "unches ", care il intreaba "De ce esti suparat, si de ce ai vrea tu sa fii in gasca lor, vrei sa fii ca ei , iti place de ei ???..Nu crezi ca ar trebui sa fii tu insuti ?" "Sa fiu eu insumi ?" se intreaba "singuraticul "cazut pe ganduri..."Da, sa fii tu insuti, ...pentru ca nu poti sa fii NIMENI ALCINEVA, DECAT TU INSUTI...nu crezi asta ? "...
Si in acest punct, pe strada intunecata apare Ea, o silueta subtire intr-o rochie scurta neagra, si ei se intalnesc la coltul strazii, el se opreste si deodata striga "Hey" linistea se lasa , nu se mai aud nici fluieraturile admirative ale gastii, care o acompaniasera pe "seducatoare" inca de la aparitia ei...si in aceste momente de liniste totala, el se apropie de ea ii da roata , isi arata admiratia scuturand din mana si cu expresia aceea senzationala pe fata, isi aduna curajul, si ...striga "Tu ma faci sa-mi pierd mintile acum, iubito!!!".
Si acum incepe muzica... " unchesul" ii face un semnn discret de incurajare , ridicand degetul mare in sus, adica "da-i inainte ca esti pe drumul cel bun "...El o urmareste ii face curte in fel si chip , ea il persifleaza, "hai arata ce poti", gasca de fete ii face acum ei galerie, intre ele este si La Toya, el o urmareste in continuare, trec printr-o masina unde ea ii tranteste portiera in nas, el o urmareste in continuare, ii promite, "marea cu sarea", "o sa-ti fac si o sa-ti dreg", "o sa-ti cumpar, o sa muncesc de la 9 la 5 pt tine,numai hai fii iubita mea, la un moment dat si lui gasca de baieti ii face galerie, si-i da chiar si un branci prietenesc, in sensul "hai fii mai infipt " el devine tot mai curajos, cravata alba innodata la brau falfaie de capul ei , este dementiala !!!...toti asista la dansul seductiei dintre cei doi...
Dupa care fundalul se schimba, strada este goala si se desfasoara "dansul baietilor", care contine miscari de incurajare, "ce tari suntem si ce puternici ", miscari cu tenta sexual-comica : miscarea din bazin, care imita actul sexual, dar si ciuda neputintei realizarii lui este reflectata de pumnul lovit de cateva ori de pamant... Totul e de mare haz...Numai ca... atmosfera devine sinistra pentru "frumoasa seducatoare" care se trezeste singura, de peste tot se itesc capetele golanilor, si infricosata isi cauta scaparea, care unde trebuia sa si-o gaseasca ???...
Tocmai in bratele "singuraticului" persiflat, care nu era destul de bun cand promitea "marea cu sarea" ...dar la momente de ananghie...constata adevarata sa valoare, pe care o simtise ea, dar nu vroia sa recunoasca...
Si povestea se termina cu happy-end, si tocmai "nepriceputul" care nu stia nimic despre femei, este cel "premiat" de soarta ....

THE WAY YOU MAKE ME FEEL - Cateva lucruri despre realizarea videoclipului

Difuzat prima data pe 31 oct 1987, pe MTV, este cel de-al treilea single al albumului BAD. Videoclipul a fost turnat in iunie 1987 si a fost realizat in 4 zile. In el apare Tatiana Thumbtzen, in varsta de 26 de ani, care lucra in modelling ca manechin, in locul surorii lui Michael, La Toya. La Toya mai aparuse si in Say, Say, Say in 1983, si anterior, se stabilise ca rolul tinerei femei care-l seduce in videoclip sa-i apartina ei, dar...Frank Dileo, managerul din acea perioada a schimbat asta, pentru a nu mai alimenta speculatiile din presa care suspectau o relatie incestuoasa a lui Michael cu sora sa...(ce inventa presa inca de atunci...)

Si s-a organizat preselectia, participau 200 de candidate, si in timpul derularii castingului, a intrat Michael, a si vazut-o si le-a spus " ne putem opri aici, am gasit persoana pe care o cautam ", asfel incat Tatiana nici nu a trebuit sa mai dea proba...a ochit-o dintr-o privire... Ea a fost platita cu 5000 de $ pt prestatia sa la videoclip. Ani mai tarziu in autobiografia sa, Tatiana afirma ca a intretinut o relatie amoroasa cu Michael, afirmatie pe care apropiatii sai s-au grabit sa o dezminta...dar eu personal o cred pe ea, mai ales ca magnetismul, chimia, dintre ei o poate observa oricine, si asta face ca acest vclp sa fie atat de bun...oricat de frumoasa ar fi povestea, daca partenerii nu se potrivesc, asta se vede...si scade valoarea, dar aici ambii sunt senzationali !! iar vdc-ul este o bijuterie... Videoclipul The Way You Make Me Feel si Smouth Criminal au fost turnate in acelasi an si aduc un omagiu lui Fred Astaire, care decedase in 1987, la varsta de 88 de ani.

Fred Astaire a fost un model si o mare sursa de inspiratie pentru Michael , pe care-l felicitase imediat dupa emisiunea de la MTV, "Motown 25th Anniversary" cand Michael a prezentat in premiera Billie Jean si faimosul sau Moonwalk, binenteles ca Michael a fost foarte impresionat de aceste felicitari...era in 1985 iar Fred Astaire avea 86 de ani...

De la el, Michael a imprumutat, celebra figura de dans in care se roteste rapid si apoi se opreste pe varfuri, "in poante "...
Deci in onoarea lui Fred Astaire, Michael isi innoada o cravata alba in jurul mijlocului, in loc sa o poarte la gat, este o figura pe care o facea Fred Astaire mereu in filmele sale, si el o preluase de la Ducele de Windsor, primul om care a purtat cravata in acest mod....

Nu e usor sa le spun ceea ce simt pt tine. Ei nu te-au intalnit niciodata si nimeni nu are fotografia ta.

Doua pasari sa afla intr-un arbore, una mananca cirese iar cealalta o priveste.

Este vorba despre albumul BAD, rep. il intreaba cum se simte acum dupa aproape 4 ani de munca la album, el raspunde ca bine, ca si cand ar sarbatori "Hey am reusit s-o fac si pe asta ",dar si obosit, pt ca oamenii nu stiu cata cantitate de munca sta in spatele unui asemenea proiect, apoi il intreaba cam cat timp i-a luat sa faca cele 7-8 cantece care-i apartin in totalitate (Se refera ca si compozitie ) si raspunde ca nu stie cu precizie, unele mai mult, altele mai putin,fiecare cantec e diferit, nu depinde de el in totalitate , el nu are nimic de a face cu procesul de creatie, procesul de creatie are loc in "spatiu" si e munca lui D-zeu nu a lui.

Rep :Crearea albumului a durat atat de mult timp si pt ca fiecare cantec e diferit, ai multe influente...din multe genuri muzicale: calypso ( stil muzical Afro-Caribbean , cu originile in Trinidad-Tobago, aparut la inceputul sec 20, inspirat din modul de comunicare prin cantece, a sclavilor adusi din Africa ) , raggae, ... heavy metal in Dirty Diana..

PESTELE CARUIA II ERA SETE...
Intr-o noapte, un pestisor dormea printre corali, cand Dumnezeu i-a aparut in vis :
"Iti spun sa raspandesti un mesaj printre toti pestii din mare", a zis Dumnezeu.
"Ce trebuie sa le spun?" , a intrebat pestisorul.
"Doar spune-le ca iti este sete", a raspuns Dumnezeu."Si vezi ce fac".
Si apoi, fara alt cuvant, Dumnezeu a disparut.
Dimineata urmatoare, pestisorul s-a trezit si si-a amintit visul.
"Ce lucru bizar, doreste Dumnezeu sa fac...", a gandit pestisorul pentru sine.
Dar imediat a vazut un ton mare inotand in apropiere si i s-a adresat cu vocea lui subtire:
"Scuzati-ma , dar imi este sete."
"Atunci trebuie sa fii un prost", a raspuns tonul, si cu o dispretuitoare atingere usoara din coada, s-a indepartat, inotand mai departe...
Pestisorul s-a simtit intr-adevar ca un prost, dar avea o sarcina de indeplinit...
Urmatorul peste pe care l-a vazut a fost un rechin ranjind la el cu dintii sai fiorosi. Pastrand distanta pentru a fi in siguranta, pestisorul a strigat:
"Scuzati-ma, domnule, dar imi este sete!".
"Atunci trebuie sa fii nebun", a raspuns rechinul.
Observand, o privire flamanda in ochii rechinului, pestisorul a inotat mai departe cu mare viteza.
Toata ziua, a mai intalnit pesti Cod si pesti Macrou si pesti Coada si alte bancuri de pestisori, dar de fiecare data cand a sustinut scurtul sau discurs, ei i-au intors spatele si nu au vrut sa aiba de-a face cu el...
Simtindu-se descurajat si confuz, pestisorul a cautat cea mai inteleapta creatura din mare, o balena albastra batrana, cu trei cicatrice de harpon pe o parte...
"Scuzati-ma, dar imi este sete!", a strigat pestisorul, intrebandu-se daca batrana balena putea sa-l vada, pestisorul fiind atat de mic pe langa ea. Dar Inteleapta s-a oprit din drumul ei...
"L-ai vazut pe Dumnezeu, nu-i asa?", a spus ea.
" Cum ai stiut?"
"Pentru ca si mie mi-a fost sete candva..." si a ras.
Pestisorul parea foarte surprins.
" Va rog, spuneti-mi ce inseamna acest mesaj de la Dumnezeu", a implorat el...
"Inseamna ca noi IL cautam unde nu trebuie", a explicat batrana balena. "Noi il cautam pe Dumnezeu, in lung si in lat, si nu-l gasim, EL nu este acolo. De aceea, noi IL invinuim pe EL si ne spunem ca Dumnezeu trebuie sa ne fi uitat.
Sau altfel, ne spunem ca EL a plecat, mai demult, ca si cum ar fi fost vreodata prin apropiere".
"Cat de bizar!", a spus pestisorul...
" Sa iti lipseasca ceea ce este pretutindeni".

"Foarte bizar", a aprobat batrana balena... "Nu iti aminteste de pestii care spun ca le este sete?"...

E usor sa consideri inocenta drept naivitate sau simplitate a spiritului. Toti vrem sa parem sofisticati si inteligenti.
Sa fii inocent inseamna insa cu totul altceva...
Iata adevarata inocenta : copilul care priveste in ochii mamei sale tot ce vede acolo, e numai dragoste.
Pe masura ce inocenta se indeparteaza, lucruri mai complicate ii iau locul. Ne inchipuim ca trebuie sa fim mai abili decat altii pentru a obtine ceea ce vrem. Incepem sa consumam multa energie pentru a ne proteja. Si atunci, viata se transforma in lupta. Oamenii trebuie sa devina mai versati. Ce pot face altceva pentru a supravietui?
Vorbind despre ea, supravietuirea, inseamna de fapt, sa vezi lucrurile asa cum sunt intradevar si sa actionezi in consecinta.
Asta vrea sa insemne "a fi deschis".
Si acelasi lucru e si inocenta.
Este simpla si increzatoare, ca un copil, care nu critica si nu se limiteaza la un singur punct de vedere.
Daca ramaneti inchistati intr-o singura forma de gandire si raspuns, creativitatea vi se blocheaza. Prospetimea si vraja momentului trece pe langa voi fara a o putea percepe...
Reinvatati sa fiti inocenti si prospetimea aceea nu se va indeparta de voi niciodata!

"EI au vazut saracii traind in adaposturi de carton, asa ca le-au daramat le-au construit ghetouri : blocuri mari din sticla si ciment, dominand intinse parcari de asfalt. Nicidecum nu semanau cu niste case, nici macar cu acele cabane din carton.
"La ce va asteptati ? " i-au intrebat ei cu nerabdare. "Sunteti prea saraci pentru a trai la fel ca noi. Pana cand nu veti fi in stare sa faceti si voi ceva pentru a va fi mai bine, va trebui sa ne fiti recunoscatori, nu-i asa?"...
Mintea a spus "DA", insa inima a raspus "NU"...
EI aveau nevoie de mai multa electricitate in oras, asa incat au gasit un rau de munte, pentru a construi un baraj. Pe masura ce nivelul apei crestea, pe deasupra pluteau iepuri si cerbi morti, pui de pasari, prea mici pentru a putea zbura, innecati in cuiburile lor, in timp ce mamele lor tipau in zadar.
"Nu e un spectacol prea placut !", au spus ei, "dar acum un milion de oameni se pot bucura toata vara de aer conditionat. Asta e mai important decat un singur torent de munte, nu-i asa?".
..Mintea a spus "DA",insa inima a raspuns "NU"...
EI au vazut oprimarile si terorismul dintr-o tara indepartata, asa incat au pornit un razboi impotriva acestor lucruri. Bombele au transformat tara intr-un morman de moloz. Populatia tarii era ingrozita de frica si in fiecare zi, tot mai multi tarani, erau ingropati in sicriele lor necioplite, din lemn.
" Trebuia sa fiti pregatiti sa faceti sacrificii", au spus EI. "Si daca nevinovatii sunt raniti, nu acesta este pretul pe care trebuie sa-l platiti pentru pace?"...

Nu e usor sa vezi Ingeri, desi am privit indelung pozele lor, ore în sir... Unii oameni ii pot vedea fara a avea nevoie de fotografii si istorisesc povesti interesante. Toti îngerii pazitori sunt de sex feminin, ceea ce nu m-a surprins atunci când am aflat. Ingerul care vegheaza la nastere, e ales din rândul celor mai tineri, si are in grija fiecare copil de când se naste, în timp ce ingerul care ajuta muribundul sa paraseasca aceasta lume, senin si fara durere, este ales din randul celor mai in varstra dar de o mare blandete.
Va puteti ruga Ingerilor si ei va vor asculta, dar cea mai buna cale de a-i chema, mi s-a spus, este sa razi. Ingerii raspund bucuriei, pentru ca din bucurie sunt fauriti. De fapt, cand mintile oamenilor sunt intunecate de ura sau suparare, nici un Inger nu poate sta in preajma lor.
Nu toti Ingerii au aripi - pretind clarvazatorii - dar cei care au, pot pulveriza stralucirea penelor lor de aur peste intreaga lume. Daca a-ti avea ochi care sa poata privi drept în soare, ati putea vedea un Inger imens salasuind acolo, un alt Inger mai senin, ne zambeste de pe Luna.
Ingerii isi petrec vietile, care sunt vesnice, invârtindu-se în jurul tronului Creatorului, inchinadu-i laude. Oamenii cu auzul fin i-au auzit. Armoniile corului ingeresc sunt incredibil de complexe, spun ei, dar ritmul este simplu. "Este mai mult un ritm de mars" a afirmat unul dintre ei mai putin discret. Nu stiu de ce, asta e lucrul cel mai frumos pe care l-am aflat in ultima vreme. Dupa un timp, s-au auzit zvonuri despre Ingeri pe care nu-i poti vedea. Cand o persoana care-i vazuse m-a auzit spunand asta , a fost socata:" Sa nu-l vezi ? " a spus ea. " Dar tu ai în tine un Inger. Toata lumea are. Il vad chiar acum si am crezut ca si tu ai putea sa-l vezi ". "Nu", am raspuns trist si am întrebat cum arata: " Arata ca mine ? " " Ei bine, DA si NU " a raspuns ea misterioasa. " Totul depinde de ce crezi tu ca esti. Ingerul tau este o un stop de lumina chiar în centrul inimii tale. Este mai mic decât un atom, dar asteapta... O data ce te apropii de el, Ingerul tau se va mari. Cu cat te apropii mai mult, cu atat va creste mai mare, pana cand, in final, intr-o explozie de lumina vei vedea Ingerul tau în adevarata lui forma si în aceeasi clipa, te vei vedea pe tine insuti."

Asa incat, acum, nu ma mai obosesc sa-mi caut Ingerul... Stau linistit, privindu-ma cu atentie in adanc. Nu demult am surprins o licarire. " Tu esti, Ingerule, cat luminita unei lumanari ? " O licarire si a plecat... A fost de ajuns pentru a-mi simti inima batand nebuneste. Data viitoare Ingerul meu va lumina ca o lampa, dupa care ca o torta, apoi va lumina ca un rug. Chiar daca aceste tributuri nu sunt intru totul pe placul meu si mi se par uneori nesincere si facute din alte interese pe care nu vreau sa le comentez, totusi ele fac parte din istoria Megastarului Michael Jackson. Acest tribut al lui Paul Anka nu ar fi fost postat daca nu ar fi continut si versiunea cantata de Michael Jackson, si dincolo de orice alt comentariu el arata o omagiere a lui MICHAEL JACKSON nu a lui Paul Anka , iar faptul ca dupa cateva masuri interpretate de el l-a lasat pe Michael sa cante, i-a mai spalat din pacate pentru ca am apreciat ca a avut curajul sa puna fata in fata cele doua interpretari asfel incat fiecare sa poate aprecia MAREA diferenta dintre cei doi. S-a expus acestei comparatii pe care oricine o face in momentul cand asculta cele doua versiuni de interpretare, iar rezultatul nu este nicidecum in favoarea lui Paul Anka. Am ezitat daca sa comentez sau nu aceasta ultima stire...si anume cum incearca avocatii doctorului sa-l scoata basma curata, dar nu am reusit sa-mi gasesc linistea asa ca am sa va spun parerea mea, de fapt e in titlu dar sa argumentam si de ce...

Inregistrarile lor nu vor arata nimic in plus fata de ceea ce stim cu totii, ca Michael era un om cu probleme de somn si durere, si lua medicatie in acest sens, ca oricare alt om, cu aceste probleme. Ca poate problemele lui erau mai severe si durau de mai mult timp, dar orice om cu un banal reumatism ia ani de zile medicatie si pentru durere si pentru somn, e cronic, ia toata viata, asta e...

Dureros e faptul ca acest om, Michael Jackson, acest megastar si-a angajat un medic personal, platit cu peste 100 000 $ pe luna , ca sa traiasca, nu ca sa-l omoare,iar acest medic daca a intrat in "hora " trebuia sa-si faca meseria cum se putea mai bine.

Oare de ce si-a luat Michael ca medic personal, un Cardiolog ?

Eu cred ca tocmai pentru ca stia, ca medicatia lui cauzeaza probleme cardiace, care necesita prezenta unui specialist. Nu am citit nicaieri sa fi avut probleme cu inima, in special, iar medicatia sa zilnica era alcatuita din antiinflamatoare si calmante ale durerii, pentru artrita si anxiolitice si somnifere pentru problemele cu somnul...Deci, isi ia medic cardiolog, nu reumatolog nu psihiatru, de ce oare ?

Si vine medicul, care-si lasa orice alt pacient, si are grija numai de unicul sau pacient, si constata la fata locului si cu proprii sai ochi , de medic, ce probleme are, pacientul sau, ce nevoi, ce medicatie, in ce doze, ca sa-l adoarma, ca sa-i ia durerea, etc, face o evaluare, stabileste o conduita si un regim zilnic de medicatie, constata pe parcurs ca pacientul sau nu poate sa doarma decat cu propofol,adica anesteziat !!! stie ca si cardiolog, ce implica asta, ii explica pacientului la ce riscuri se expune, (ca asa a declarat la interogatoriu, ca i-a explicat riscurile ) , vede ca explicatiile nu-l ajuta pe pacient, vede ca-l adoarme de sase saptamani numai cu propofol, si ce face ?? Doar ii explica riscurile !!! Ca si cardiolog, nu ia nici o masura de prevenire a accidentelor care pot interveni , doar le semnaleaza pacientului si atat ??? Pai cand stii macar pe ce bani lucrezi, nici atunci nu-ti pasa ?? macar sa-i fi pasat de el, sa se fi gandit , pacientul meu are nevoie de asta, asta si asta, care ii pot provoca asta si asta , ce putem face, doar vorbim cu pacientul: "stii ar trebui sa nu mai iei cutare si cutare ca faci atac de cord " sau te apuci ca un doctor care stie meserie si-ti iei masuri, ca doar o faci si pentru "painea ta" , si aduci aparatura de resuscitare , aparatura de ventilatie mecanica pulmonara, aparatura de monitorizare a functiilor vitale, si eventual mai colaborezi si cu un specialist in anestezie-terapie intensiva , si cu un reumatolog si cu un psihiatru, ca te gandesti si tu, ca daca il omor pe acest Michael Jackson, toata planeta va afla, nimeni nu ma v-a putea scapa, si-ti asumi cu maxima responsabilitate activitatea pe care te-ai angajat s-o prestezi: sa-l tratezi, sa-l tii in viata, ca de aceea te-a angajat, in acest scop, ti-a oferit salariu princiar , ca daca vroia sa moara, statea si fara doctor, isi lua de capul lui tot ce-i "tuna", se autotrata si singur, n-avea nevoie sa-l plateasca pe "unu" cu peste 100 000 $ ca sa-l trimita dincolo...

Dar, acest doctor, ori e de o crasa incompetenta si stupiditate, ori era la ordinul cuiva. In interogatoriul luat de detectivi la politie, spune ca in noaptea mortii i-a administrat asa : "intai Valium, si nimic, apoi Diazepam, si nimic, apoi Midazolam, si tot nu l-a adormit, apoi..in ultima instanta i-a facut 25 mg propofol ..si l-a lasat cateva min singur , timp in care medicul s-a dus pana la baie , lasand sa se inteleaga ca ar fi avut timp sa-si mai autoadministreze ceva, dar ...nu stai sa vezi cum actioneaza propofolulul ? tocmai acum te duci la baie ?!!! si mai ales cand stii si ce i-ai mai dat inainte ? Dar, nu, acestea sunt minciuni , dupa parerea mea, orice om care a luat pastile in viata lui stie ca efectele lor se insumeaza si ca trebuie mare atentie, dar nu cred ca i-a dat asa ceva, aceasta lista este o minciuna sfruntata, praf in ochi, asta poate la inceput cand testezi reactia pacientului, si pana ii stabilesti medicatia si dozele, pai ce in noaptea aceea el facea incercari pe pacient ca sa vada ce il adoarme??, nu , era mai demult medicul sau , nu din acea noapte, ca sa faca asemenea incercari,el minte pentru a-si apara pielea dar se vede de la o posta, minciuna.Ca medic Curant stii ce il adoarme pe pacient si in ce doze, probabil ca doza obisnuita nu-si facea efectul si ia tot crescut-o, pentru ca la autopsie s-a dovedit ca in sangele pacientului era mult mai mult propofol fata de cele 25 mg pe care le-a declarat medicul, iar un specialist in anestezie a precizat ca la o asemenea cantitate de anestezic, administrata unui pacient ai absoluta nevoie de ventilatie pulmonara mecanica si aparatura de monitorizare, pentru ca functiile vitale sunt incetinite atat de mult, incat pacientul este de fapt ca si in coma si nu mai respira singur.

Si asta la o anestezie o data-n viata, nu la sase saptamani de nopti dormite, la rand, numai cu anestezic !!! Si dr declara ca a inceput cu ..Valium...pai la un pacient la nivel de propofol , tu incepi cu ..Valium..nu , asta e o minciuna...nu stiu cine ar putea sa- creada asa ceva...si cand stii ce tratamente administrezi, nu te asiguri sa ai la indemana toata aparatura necesara....

Dr Murray stie foarte bine ce a facut sau ce ar fi trebuit sa faca si nu a facut...

Iar avocatii cu acest mod de abordare sunt absolut penibili..si totodata naivi sa creada ca-l pot scapa mergand pe tangenta asta ...dar mai stii...cand alte interese sunt in joc , si penibilul e de folos , sa fie niste argumente acolo, ce conteaza ca-s de doi bani ??

De ce a procedat Dr Murray asa, din prostie, din neglijenta, sau la comanda, nu putem sti si cine stie daca vom afla vreodata ....

Un singur lucru stim cu certitudine, Dr Murray este un CRIMINAL !!! si stiu sigur ca si el stie asta !!!

~Avocatii Dr Murray vor sa foloseasca ca dovezi inregistrari filmate~

In construirea strategiei de aparare a avocatilor dr Murray in vederea procesului, in care va fi judecat pentru uciderea involuntara a megastarului prin administrarea unui coctail fatal de medicamente, avocatii Dr Murray vor sa foloseasca aceste inregistrari pentru a demonstra nevinovatia doctorului.
In acest mod vor sa sugereze ca King of Pop stia cum sa-si autoadministreze medicatia si ca era dependent de 17 ani.
Vor sa prezinta imagini de la repetitiile la This Is It, din depozitiile din 2007 referitoare la medicatia contra durerii, si din 2004 cand ar fi aparut beat intr-un film din colectia de la Neverland.
La Toya este furioasa ca Dr Murray contesta orice acuzatie, si-i zoreste pe politisti sa-l puna sub acuzatia de crima.
Avocatii vor sa foloseasca de asemenea , si inregistrarile si interviurile, in care Michael apare si povesteste despre medicatia sa, si in care admite, ca a luat de-a lungul timpului diverse medicamente pentru calmarea durerilor cauzate de problemele sale medicale. Ei vor sa-si construiasca pe aceasta baza, o solida aparare pentru Dr Murray, sperand ca prin prezentarea acestor inregistrari, Michael insusi sa-l disculpe pe doctor. De asemenea vor sa demonstreze ca Michael Jackson era un vechi dependent, care cunostea foarte bine si isi autoadministra diverse tipuri de calmante de cel putin 15 ani.
Prin aducerea acestor argumente avocatii spera sa obtina verdictul "nevinovat " pentru clientul lor.

Blanket,Prince & Paris au inregistrat pentru WE Are The World 25

Melodia We Are The World 25, reinregistrata pentru a celebra cea de-a 25-a aniversare, cu vocile unor artisti precum : Akon, Lil Wayne, Celine Dion, Jason Mraz, Bono, Wyclef Jean, Usher, Lady Gaga si altii, ale carei beneficii vor fi donate pentru ajutorarea victimelor din Haiti, va avea ca introducere un poem recitat de cei trei copii ai megastarului.

Este vorba de un poem scris de Maya Angelou, la cererea mamei lui Michael, Katherine Jackson. Blanket, Paris si Prince au inregistrat poemul si alaturi de el cateva fraze speciale, care au fost concepute pentru a fi un mesaj "ecou" al ceea ce tatal lor a transmis mereu lumii.

Copii au dorit ca acesta sa fie ca un mesaj special al piesei.

We Are the World 25 a fost inregisrata in studiourile Henson A & M Studios aceleasi studiouri in care a fost inregistrata si originalul in urma cu 25 de ani.

Premiera We Are The World 25, va a vea loc in data de 12 februarie in cadrul ceremoniei de deschidere a Jocurilor Olimpice de Iarna Vancouver, Canada.
